Refund conditions and deadlines:
Customers can apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving the goods, only for unused and unaltered goods.

If the customer paid part of the amount with a gift card or voucher, the part will be refunded in the form of a gift card or voucher.

Product condition:
The product must be in original condition (unused or altered) and attached with all original tags and packaging.

Non-refundable situations:
Customized items, personalized items, and special promotion items are not refundable unless there is a quality problem.
Washed or obviously used clothing will not be refunded.
Refund processing time:
